I want to nominate an attorney to Super Lawyers.

Super Lawyers nominations can only be done by attorneys practicing in the U.S. for five years or more. We do not accept nominations from the general public. For more information on our Selection Process, click here. For a list of U.S. states where we are now accepting nominations, click here.

How can I add/update my photo on my profile page?

It's easy and you can do it yourself online at our companion site, my.superlawyers.com.

If you already have a photo, you can change it any time. If your profile page does not contain your photograph, then you must first upgrade to an Expanded Online Profile. The cost is just $100 or $200 for 12 months and you can start any time. More information...

Once logged in, use the Profile Manager to add or change your photograph. The pixel size is 128x160 if you want to resize it yourself—if not, the Profile Manager will resize your photograph for you.

How can I correct other information?

Anything on your www.superlawyers.com profile can be edited at my.superlawyers.com. Also, if you have not yet upgraded to an Expanded Online Profile, you can upgrade online and watch as your profile changes in real-time as you work in the Profile Manager.

Can an attorney selected to the Super Lawyers list be called a “Super Lawyer”?

Super Lawyers is a registered trademark and we take pains to make sure the term is used properly. A lawyer on our list is not a “Super Lawyer,” or, for that matter, a “Rising Star.” Rather, proper usage would be he or she “has been selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers–Rising Stars Edition 2008.” Used properly, the term is not descriptive, comparative or self-aggrandizing (which in some jurisdictions could raise ethical concerns). It is simply a verifiable fact and, as such, is protected speech.

Tell me more about Expanded Online Profiles.

A Super Lawyers Expanded Online Profile is available only to attorneys named to the Super Lawyers list. Take advantage of this exclusive opportunity to post your blog links, video links, newsletters, white papers and more.

All your profile content is fully search-engine optimized-which means the full content of your profile will be highly visible to all the major online search engines, increasing both the search visibility and ranking of your profile, as well as your firm, your blog and any other Web link you place on your profile.

I manage the online presence of more than one attorney and I would like to make changes to several attorneys at once. Can I do that online?

Yes! We call the feature "Firm Management."  For registration or more information please contact your Associate Publisher.

How can I link to my profile page? Do you provide graphics to use on my Web site?

Every profile page contains a link to a personalized Super Lawyers badge that you can place on your site. The necessary HTML is presented as a block of code that can be easily copied and pasted into any Web page.

How can I have my blog headlines appear on my profile page or the superlawyers.com homepage?

You can add this information to your profile using the Profile Manager on my.superlawyers.com. For this feature to work, you need to enter the URL for your blog's RSS or Atom feed. Blogs are selected for the homepage periodically.

I want to make sure we receive e-mail from Super Lawyers.

We currently send e-mail with the following ‘From' addresses: kpm_mailer@keypromedia.com and bounce-advantage-SL-19FF3@interlink1.com.

If you instruct your attorneys or IT personnel to whitelist these addresses, you should receive all of our main bulk mailings.
